Product Overview

The 50–300 mm Automatic Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine is a 300-type gantry through-shaft production line engineered for continuous, high-volume manufacturing of steel cable trays with double arc edges. It rolls Q235 cold-rolled steel and galvanized strip from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm thick into finished trays measuring 50–300 mm wide × 50 mm high, in fixed lengths of 2500 mm.

From raw coil to finished tray, the entire workflow is automated: the hydraulic decoiler feeds strip into an 11-roll servo leveling, punching and cutting integrated unit, then a 180-ton punch processes holes, and the strip passes through the conveyor platform into the 28-pass roll forming section before exiting on the powerless output table.
