Product Overview

The heavy duty cable tray roll forming machine 50-600mm is a heavy-frame, gantry-type production line built for continuous, high-capacity manufacturing of wide and thick steel cable trays. It rolls Q235B cold-rolled, hot-rolled steel and galvanized strip from 0.7 mm to 2.0 mm thick into finished trays from 50×50 mm up to 600×100 mm, in fixed lengths of 3000 mm.

From raw coil to finished tray, the workflow is fully automated: the 6-ton decoiler (max coil width 1200 mm) feeds strip into an 8-roll servo leveling and feeding unit, then a 180-ton punch processes holes and cutting, and the strip passes through the 4 m heavy roller conveyor into the 25-pass roll forming section before exiting on the output table.
